Alberta issues invitations to 132 more Express Entry candidates in the latest released draw as on 5th December 2019

This time Alberta has issued invitations also known as Notification of Interest to candidates having an active Express entry profile for Canada PR through Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program. The Notification of Interest (NOI) went to candidates from the Express Entry pool with minimum Comprehensive Ranking System score of 400 or more wherein points are granted to applicants on the basis of age, work experience, educational qualification, language proficiency, job offer, relatives in the province etc.
Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP) through express entry stream allows the province to select eligible applicants from three economic class immigration programs namely Federal Skilled Worker Program Federal Skilled trades class and Canadian experience class. All these three immigration programs are managed directly by Express Entry System.
With each invitation candidates are awarded an extra score of 600 points towards the Comprehensive Ranking system score of candidates efficiently ensuring an invitation to apply in the consequent draws released in mere future finally stepping towards the visa approval status.
The cut-off score for this draw released by Alberta that is the candidates who were given an invitation had minimum score of 400 or more which was considerably lower than the cut-offs being released by the Federal Express Entry system. The lowest cut off released in the year 2019 under Federal Express Entry System was 438.
The best thing that a candidate faces while applying Canada PR through Alberta is that job offer or previous work in Alberta is not a mandatory requirement in order to be eligible for receiving an invitation, however, if an applicant has any of the former factors then they get additional points for it. Candidates with the below mentioned factors are obviously given a notch priority:
- Job Offer from Alberta Employer
- Work experience with any Company or organization in Alberta
- A degree from any Canadian post-secondary institution and a valid job offer from any Employer of Alberta
- Any relative that is a Parent, Child or Sibling already living in Alberta
This draw released as on 5th December 2019 sums up the number of invitations issued to Express Entry candidates to apply Canada PR through Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP) to 6,752 in the year 2019.
