The high scoring applicants are provided with the ITA. Those applicants who cannot get selected through the express entry program they can relocate through the provincial nominee program (PNP). Those applicants who meet the minimum CRS score they are shortlisted for relocation.

How can an applicant become eligible for the CEC as an international graduate?

The CEC is designed to help candidates with work experience in Canada. However, if there is a case where an international student wants to stay in Canada after graduation, they can complete one more step to become eligible.

Graduates who have studied at the Canadian Designated Learning Institutions (DLIs) can apply for a Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP). It is an open permit to help the Canadian employer for up to three years, depending on the length of your education program; for this, the applicant will need a job offer. The applicants are ranked as per their CRS scores and all the applicants in the pool are evaluated. Those candidates who have the highest scores receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for permanent residency. Express Entry draws are a fairly active and most popular way of selecting applicants. The EE draws held every two weeks, and selected applicants will have 60 days to submit the permanent residence application with documents to IRCC. Provided that you have received the ITA.
