The majority of invitations, 264, were sent by lottery. These candidates received invitations if they met the minimum score requirements between 77 and 114 depending on the program for which they were eligible.

Another draw targeted candidates whose occupation falls under NOC 0621 (retail and wholesale trade managers) or NOC 0631 (restaurant and food service managers). This draw resulted in 25 invites with minimum scores of 114 across all areas.

As of February 2021, British Columbia has held a series of separate invitations twice a month as part of its PCP program. These draws are being held due to the high number of applicants from particular labor market sectors that are registered with the province’s Skills Immigration Registration System (SIRS).
