Canadian Express Entry drops latest CRS draw

23 December 2020, Canadian Express entry drop new draw. Canada invited 5,000 immigration candidates with the Comprehensive ranking System (CRS) Score at least 468. In this draw crs requirement is slightly different than the second last draw on December 2020, when minimum crs points required of 469.

This year records high number of Invitations to Apply (ITA) 107,350.

Today’s draw was the fourth consecutive invite round to issue 5,000 ITAs for Canada’s permanent residency. Since September 2, there has been a steady increase in the number of ITAs issued in the All-Program Express Entry draw.

In the early months of the coronavirus epidemic and among the most stringent travel restrictions, the IRCC held only program-specific draws. Since then, and despite the ongoing COV and -19 epidemics, the Government of Canada has taken steps to facilitate immigration procedures for most of its programs and to ensure the continued selection of favorable workers to remain sustainable.

Express Entry is Canada’s Immigration application management system for the three federal economic- class programs: Federal Skilled Worker Program, Federal Skilled Trades Program, and Canadian Experience Class.
