Express Entry Cut off drops by 5 points inviting 3,350 applicants for Canada PR as on 12th June 2019

Great news for applicants planning to Apply Canada PR through Express Entry system, CRS cut off drops by 5 points in the latest draw released on 12th June 2019. 3,350 more candidates have been issued with ITA’s with a minimum cut off of 465 or more. The highest ranked candidates are granted an Invitation to apply through draws taking place every fortnightly, aiming processing of Canada PR applications in six months or less, till date 38,450 candidates have been bestowed with ITAs in the year 2019. The total number of ITA’s this year is 6,250 more than the number of ITA’s issued in the year 2018.
The three economic Immigration programs named as Federal skilled worker class, federal skilled trades class and Canadian Experience class are managed by Express Entry System wherein candidates are granted points on the basis of age, education, skilled work experience, language ability, adaptability and job offer towards the Comprehensive ranking system deciding the candidates position in the pool.
The CRS cutoffs are expected to drop further to fulfill the high targets set by Canada for the year 2019 and 2020 for the three programs aforementioned. The tie break used by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) in the June 12 draw was June 6, 2019, at 13:51:59 UTC.
Time span between two draws plays a vital role in raising and dropping of the CRS cutoffs. As we all saw that the last cut off of 470 went up quite high, announced by IRCC after a time gap of four weeks but as observed earlier immediately in the coming rounds the cut off drops maintaining a balance of the candidates in the pool.
