The announcement of the latest draw has marked a benchmark this year by issuing the maximum number of ITA’s since January, 2019. 3,600 invitations to apply issued to candidates with a minimum score of 460 or above in the cut off released as on 10th July 2019, it is two points lesser than the previous cut off released as on 26th June 2019 giving a bright ray of hope to dreamful applicants that the tendency of the CRS score is depreciating with every announced draw in future.
The bigger draw size reveals the advanced admission targets that are set for both 2019 and 2020 for the three Federal Skilled immigration programs managed by the Express Entry system. These programs are the Federal Skilled Worker Class, Federal Skilled Trades Class and Canadian Experience Class. Applicants in the pool are positioned according to the scores based on factors like age, experience, education, language ability etc. This time entrants with a CRS score of 460 or more who entered their profile in the Express Entry pool before this date and time have been conferred with an ITA ensuring visa approval with correct documentation. The release of the current draw sums up the number of invitations issued in 2019 to 45,400 this year till date, surpassing the Express Entry record 89,800 ITAs that were issued in 2018.
