Invitations | CRS score range | Profiles created in IRCC Express Entry system | Description |
---|---|---|---|
209 | 395-444 | July 25, 2023–July 25, 2024 | Targeted draw for general practitioners and family physicians (NOC code: 31102) |
To qualify in the latest ONIP express entry draw, your profile must list NOC 31102 (General Practitioners and Family Physicians) as your primary occupation. For Canadian Experience Class consideration, you must show that at least half of your one-year qualifying work experience (six months) was in this primary NOC.
To be considered for OINP Express Entry draws, you typically need a valid Express Entry profile showing your intent to move to Ontario. You don't need a separate OINP profile, as Ontario reviews valid Express Entry profiles and sends notifications of interest directly through the Express Entry system.
However, OINP clearly states: "Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria are not guaranteed a notification of interest and receiving a notification of interest does not guarantee that you meet stream criteria or that your application will be approved."
Therefore, it's crucial to review program eligibility criteria when responding to a notification of interest.
