The latest Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) draw was held on November 16, 2023. A total of 301 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) were issued to candidates across three streams: Skilled Worker in Manitoba, International Education Stream, and Skilled Worker Overseas.

Skilled Worker in Manitoba

Additional information

Of the 301 ITAs issued, 69 were issued to candidates who declared a valid Express Entry profile number and job seeker validation code.

To be eligible for the MPNP Skilled Worker Stream, candidates must have a minimum of one year of skilled work experience in one of the occupations that are in demand in Manitoba. They must also have a Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) score of at least 7 in English or French.

To be eligible for the MPNP International Education Stream, candidates must have graduated from a public post-secondary institution in Manitoba and have a CLB score of at least 7 in English or French.
