Ontario PNP issues 749 employer job offer Canada immigration invitations

On Fabruary 9th Canadian Province Ontario held its new draw. Ontario has conducted three Expression of Interest draws through its Employer Job Offer streams for Foreign Workers and In-Demand Skills, issuing 749 Canada immigration invitations.

The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) sent invitations to applicants who had profiles in its Expression of Interest (EOI) system. These candidates may eligible for one of the following streams under the Employer Job Offer category: Foreign Worker or Skills In Demand.

Across the two streams, there were three draws in total. The foreign worker stream was divided into 476 applicants drawn from a targeted trades draw and 166 invited applicants from a general draw. There were 107 invitees to the Skills In-Demand draw.

Here is a breakdown of the most recent draw from Ontario’s Provincial Nominee Program (PNP):

• NOC 2232 – Mechanical engineering technologists and technicians
• NOC 2233 – Industrial engineering and manufacturing technologists and technicians
• NOC 2242 – Electronic service technicians (household and business equipment)
• NOC 2243 – Industrial instrument technicians and mechanics
• NOC 2253 – Drafting technologists and technicians
• NOC 2282 – User support technicians
• NOC 2283 – Information systems testing technicians
• NOC 7201 – Contractors and supervisors, machining, metal forming, shaping and erecting trades and related occupations
• NOC 7202 – Contractors and supervisors, electrical trades and telecommunications occupations
• NOC 7203 – Contractors and supervisors, pipefitting trades
• NOC 7204 – Contractors and supervisors, carpentry trades

• NOC 9417 – Machining tool operators
• NOC 9418 – Other metal products machine operators
• NOC 9421 – Chemical plant machine operators
• NOC 9422 – Plastics processing machine operators
