• Computer and information systems managers (NOC 0213)

954 invitations have been qualified Express Entry candidates with work experience in the a fore mentioned occupations to apply Canada PR through Provincial Nominee Program. Candidates who have Comprehensive Ranking System scores amid 460 to 472 on the basis of factors such as age, education, work experience and language proficiency receive a Notification of Interest (NOI) from OINP. A NOI gives away an applicant 600 extra points towards the CRS scores effectively guaranteeing an Invitation from Federal Express Entry System in the forthcoming CRS draw.
OINP’s launch of tech draws last year helped the province to meet the growing labor market gaps for technical professions as the province holds the major cities known as the tech hubs of the country namely Toronto, Ottawa and Waterloo. The cherry on the cake is that job offer or arranged employment is not a mandatory requirement to be eligible to apply OINP.

In order to be eligible for OINP under Tech Draw must have a profile registered under the Federal Skilled Worker Class or Canadian Experience Class managed by the Federal Express Entry System.
OINP Tech Draws are steered through the province’s Human Capital Priorities immigration stream allowing Ontario’s Provincial Nominee Program to search the federal Express Entry pool for efficient and eligible candidates meeting all the requirements of the province. The motive of starting these draw is to search for Express Entry candidates who meet all the Human Capital Priorities Stream’s eligibility criteria with minimum one year of continuous paid full-time work experience (or the equivalent in paid part-time work).
