Accounting Technicians, Bakers and Paramedical Occupations Invited By Saskatchewan in the Latest Draw Released As On 20th June 2019

Latest Saskatchewan draw resulted in 479 invitations, targeting Express Entry and Occupations in Demand candidates in five occupations stated below:

  • Accounting technicians
  • Architectural technologists and technicians
  • Bakers
  • Paramedical occupations
  • Medical laboratory technologists

The Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program allows the province to appoint candidates fulfilling the eligibility requirement of the province for Canada PR. This time the invitations went to candidates from Saskatchewan’s Express Entry and Occupations in Demand category having enough work experience in occupations listed in the list of In Demand Professions particularly giving priority to the aforementioned professions. Out of the total number of invitations 268 invitations went to Express Entry Candidates and the remaining 211 invitations went to Occupations in Demand candidates conferring them with 600 additional points towards their comprehensive ranking score.

To be considered under this PNP through any of the given sub categories you first need to register an EOI with Saskatchewan, however for Express Entry candidates a separate Expression of Interest needs to be created wherein applicants are granted points out of 100 on the information provided. The maximum-scoring candidates of both the sub categories that are Express Entry and Occupation In-Demand are invited to apply for a provincial nomination through regular draws. The lowest score where a candidate is granted an invitation was 68.
