British Columbia PNP held a new Provincial Nominee Program draw on May 10. In the latest round of invitations British Columbia PNP (BC PNP).
Through the BC PNP Tech stream, the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) invited 126 skilled workers and international graduates with a minimum score of 85 points.
For in-demand tech workers and international students, the BC PNP Tech is a fast-track immigration option. To qualify for the stream, candidates must be registered in one of British Columbia’s (BC) existing provincial immigration streams and have a valid 12-month job offer in one of 29 eligible occupations.
In addition, the province held two draws for candidates in health-related fields. BC invited 20 healthcare professionals who might be eligible for the Skilled Worker, International Graduate, Entry Level, and Semi-Skilled sub-categories. In addition, under the entry-level and semi-skilled sub-category, the province said it invited “less than five” nurse aides, orderlies, and patient service associates to apply. Candidates needed a provincial score of 62 in both of these draws.
A total of 20 early childhood educators were invited to participate in the Skilled Worker and International Graduate sub-categories. In order to be invited, these candidates needed to have a score of at least 62.
