Quebec’s Expression of Interest System was launched on 2nd August 2018 to pipeline the application processing of two subcategories of QSWP i.e. The Quebec Skilled Worker (QSW) program and The Quebec Experience Class program.

Stepwise process of QSWP:

• Show interest by entering a profile in the Quebec Expression of Interest Bank
• Quebec’s immigration ministry, the Ministère de l’Immigration, de la Diversité et de l’Inclusion (MIDI) accepts interest to apply for the Quebec Skilled Worker program through the Arrima Portal
  Note: Arrima portal remains open throughout the year, therefore candidates can apply any time through this portal.
• Use the secure Mon projet Québec portal to submit an application.
  Note: Mon projet Québec permits candidates to complete their application to make payment online, follow the status of their application, make changes to their application, and access personal electronic messaging throughout the process.
• Applicants who are successful under the Quebec Skilled Worker Program have issued a Quebec Selection Certificate and eventually candidate can apply for permanent residence.

A candidate must score 50 points if single and 59 points if married or in a common-law partner as per the below-mentioned point system to qualify for QSWP and get a CSQ.
