Canadian government held the new draw on 7 July 2021.
In the recent draw, Canada invited 627 Express Entry candidates to apply for permanent residence. This invitation round was only for the immigration Candidates who received a Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) nomination.
The total number of invitations issued by the Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) 627 Express Entry Candidates required a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of at least 760 points.
Canada invited a higher Number of PNP Candidates in the recent Draws
Throughout the Covid pandemic, Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) have been holding only Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) and Canadian Experience Class (CEC) only draws. This is because these candidates are more likely to already be living in Canada, and less likely to be disrupted by public health measures like travel restrictions.
IRCC has been inviting a high number of Candidates in the recent PNP-specific draw. IRCC invited a first-time high number of Candidates on June 23 draw, when IRCC has invited 1002 Candidates.
