On November 23, Canada held its second all-program Express Entry draw of this month.
Since all-program draws resumed on July 6, this is the eleventh draw held by Canadian IRCC.
Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) invited 4,750 applicants with a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 491. Candidates from the Canadian Experience Class (CEC), the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), and the Federal Skilled Trades Program were invited (FSTP). All of these Program are part of the
All-program Express Entry draws were paused for more than 18 months in December 2020. The draws were halted due to an application backlog caused by COVID-19-related travel restrictions. Only candidates from the CEC or the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) were invited to apply during this time period (ITAs). However, in September 2021, IRCC also paused CEC draws.
