Canadian government started the year with a remarkable bang by issuing 3,900 invitations to apply to candidates with scores of 449 or above as on 10th January 2019. The number of invitations issued with this cut off release was marked as the notable point in the five years history as this is the first time that this many invitations has been issued in the very first draw of the year.
