The Quebec Ministry of Immigration invited 33 immigration candidates to apply for Permanent Resident on November 11. This is the first round of invitations held this month as part of Quebec’s Regular Skilled Worker Program (PTQ).
Candidates who have received invitations to submit an application for permanent selection by the Ministry of Immigration, Francization and Integration (MIFI) must have submitted an expression of interest (AE) in the Arrima basin.
The convocations of November 11 targeted candidates with a valid job offer outside the metropolitan area of Montreal and those who reside in Quebec as diplomats, consular officials, representatives of the United Nations or representatives of any intergovernmental organization operating in the province.
The latest draw is the 12th of the year in Quebec and the second smallest draw organized to date by the province in 2021. During the second part of the year, most of the draws invited more than 500 candidates to Immigration participate. A total of 3,256 applicants have now been invited to apply for permanent selection by the province through Arrima.
