Newfoundland and Labrador have announced the results of its first three signatures under the Pre-Knowledge Initiative of Newfoundland and Labrador streams.
Newfoundland and the Labrador Provincial Nominee Program (NLPNP) have invited a total of 663 candidates to apply for a provincial Nomination.
The Newfoundland Skills and Labrador Program is a new Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) for undergraduates, new professionals with specialized knowledge in an area where the application has passed through training. Local training and recruitment, such as technology and ocean operations.
The program is designed to address understaffed local labour shortages. To qualify, newcomers need at least one year of work experience in one of the Newfoundland job requirements. It is also open to graduates who have completed a Master’s or Doctorate degree at Memorial University in the last three years.
