135 candidates issued invitations by Prince Edward Island to Apply Canada PR through PEIPNP

The province of Prince Edward Island has issued 135 invitations to Express Entry, Labour Impact and Business Impact categories in the latest draw released as on 18th July 2019. Prince Edward Islands Express Entry category is directly linked to Express Entry System allowing the province to elect Federal Skilled Worker Class, Federal Skilled Trades Class and Canadian Experience Class applicants for Canada PR. All candidates with an Invitation to apply are given an extra 600 points towards their CRS scores guaranteeing an ITA from IRCC ensuring visa approval on proper documentation.
The provinces Provincial Nomination through Express Entry System is divided into three sub categories – Skilled Workers (in PEI and outside Canada), International Graduates and Critical Workers. Job offer however is a mandatory requirement of the state. The highest-ranked contenders are invited through monthly draws from each pool as the province did not provide any minimum score for Express Entry and Labour Impact candidates in the 18th July 2019 draw, however, the minimum score for Business Impact candidates was 112. Expression of Interest is nothing but a way of notifying the PEI PNP that you would like to be considered for a provincial nomination.
To initiate to Apply PEIPNP, we first need to follow these two steps:
- Complete an Expression of Interest (EOI) profile with the PEI PNP.
- They are given an EOI score out of 100 based on factors such as education, work experience and proficiency in English or French. The highest scoring candidates are invited to apply for PNP through monthly draws.
