Prince Edward Island held its recent immigration draw on November 18, 2021.
The Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP) has invited 188 immigrants to apply for a provincial nomination.
Most of the invitations, 172, went to Express Entry and Labor Impact candidates. The remaining 16 were invited to the Business Impact candidates with at least 67 points in the province’s immigration system.
Prince Edward Island holds Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) invitations for around a month. The total number of invitations announced this year is currently 1,729.
PNPs allow Canadian provinces and territories to select immigrants that meet the needs of the market. This is true of Prince Edward Island, which oversees the Prince Edward Island Provincial Nominee Program (PEI PNP) within federally-approved guidelines.
The next PEI PNP draw is expected for December 16, 2021.
