REMARKABLE START OF THE YEAR 2019, WITH A COMPILATION OF 7,800 ITA’S ALTOGETHER IN THE MONTH OF JANUARY

IRCC, Canada starts the year by issuing 3,900 invitations to Express Entry candidates with scores of 443 or above as on 25th January 2019. Issuance of 3,900 invitations in a row in the very first month of the year has hoisted the hopes and confidence of many candidates waiting to acquire Canada PR Visa.
Entrants of the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP) and Canadian Experience Program (CEP), all the three sub-categories work under the Express Entry System pool. We being Immigration service provider would always recommend FSWP as the best way to apply Canada PR for Indians is Federal Skilled Worker Program. To be eligible under this program you need to qualify two point calculators – FSWP point calculator for which 67 is the minimum eligibility score out of 100 and Express Entry point calculator for which there is no eligibility score but a cut off that is released twice every month of a year. Points for both the calculators are granted on the basis of factors like age, qualification, experience, language proficiency, adaptability etc.
Canadian government sets a goal of higher admissions for the year 2019-2020, and to fulfill the target IRCC needs to issue more and more invitations each month, and this can only be done once there is a drop in the future cut off announcements. As we can already notice that there has been a drop of 6 points in comparison to the last announced CRS score on 10th January 2019.
The tie-break rule in the January 23 draw was January 2, 2019, at 03:55:26 UTC. Applicants with a CRS score of 443 or above who entered their profile in the Express Entry pool before the selected date and time received an ITA in this invitation round.
